On Saturday, June 25, 2016 Albin Romeo Plamondon of Lac La Biche, AB formerly of Plamondon, AB passed away peacefully at the age of 89 years with his family by his side. Albin is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Lena Plamondon of Lac La Biche, daughter Céleste (John) Zurbrigg of Edmonton, son Maurice (Susan) Plamondon of Lac La Biche/Fort McMurray, grandchildren Allyson, Ashley, Michelle, great grandchild Hannah, sister Mildred Roscovich of St. Paul, sisters in law Barbara Plamondon (née Gagnon) of Edmonton, Judy Plamondon (née Parks) of British Columbia, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Albin is predeceased by parents Edward and Otilia Plamondon, siblings Lucille (Phil) Johnson, Urban Plamondon, Zea (Aristide) Germain, Donald Plamondon, Winnifred Plamondon, Melferd Plamondon, brother in law Carl Roscovich, sister in law Simone Plamondon (née Gaudet).

A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at 11:00 am at the St. Isidore's Catholic church in Plamondon, AB. Father Casmir Muobike smmm & Deacon Jerry Metz officiating and interment followed in the St. Isidore's Catholic cemetery in Plamondon.
