On Saturday April 15, 2017 Alex Subchuk of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 96.
Alex will be lovingly remembered by his six children Gloria (Michael), Willie (Fely), Harvey, Ernie (Tina), Grace, Gayle (Doven), Grandchildren; Michelle, Melissa, Aarron, Sarah, Jennifer, Jamie, Jason, Jenna, Rowan and Damon. Brother Samuel Subchuk. Alex is predeceased by his wife Olga on February 5, 2010. Parents Nick and Juliana Subchuk, brother Mike, sisters Doreen Misyk and Annie Chomyk.
 

A Mass of Christian Burial with Divine Liturgy was held at St. Catherine’s Roman Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, AB, on Friday April 21, 2017 at 10:00AM with Reverend Don Bodnar officiating and interment followed in the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Cemetery, Craigend, AB.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Protection of the Blessed Virgin Mary Ukranian Catholic Church (Box 371)Lac La Biche, AB T0A 2C0 would be greatly appreciated.

Pallbearers were Albert Axenchuk, Aaron Subchuk, Ernest Subchuk, Harvey Subchuk, Jason Subchuk, Willie Subchuk.
