On Monday, April 13, 2015 Alphonse Plamondon of Lac La Biche, AB formerly of Plamondon passed away at the age of 93 years. Alphonse is survived by his loving wife of 72 years Rose Marie Plamondon of Lac La Biche, children Jennelle (Marcel) Lemay of Plamondon, Euclide (Laura) Plamondon of Morinville, Roger (Joanne) Plamondon of Morinville, Denis (Odette) Plamondon of St.Paul, Bertin (Cindy) Plamondon of Plamondon, Anna-Marie (William) Dribnenki of St.Albert, 16 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, sister Laurette (Paul Emile) Germain of Plamondon, brother Wilfrid (Fernande) Plamondon of Plamondon, sister in laws Leya Plamondon of Lac La Biche, Jeanne Plamondon of Plamondon,  numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Alphonse is predeceased by his daughter Gisele Plamondon in 1945, son Ronnie Plamondon in 1974, grandchildren Christine (Lemay) Middleton in 2004, Brian Plamondon in 1980, Don Plamondon in 2005, great grandchild Jonathan Gauthier in 1989, parents Frederick in 1967 and Odina Plamondon in 1991, sister Marguerite Gauthier in 1992, brothers Alcide Plamondon in 2015, Gerald Plamondon in 2004, Rosaire Plamondon in 2013, brother in law Willard Gauthier in 2001, sister in law Christella Plamondon in 2002.

Prayer Services were held on Friday, April 17, 2015 at 7:30 PM at St. Isidore’s Catholic Church in Plamondon with Father Casmir Muobike smmm officiating.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 18, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Isidore’s Catholic Church in Plamondon with Father Casmir Muobike smmm, Father Roger Sicotte, Father Trini Pinca, Deacon Jerry Metz and Deacon Guy Germain officiating and interment  followed in the St. Isidore’s Catholic Cemetery Plamondon.

Pallbearers were James Dribnenki, Jeffrey Gauthier, Dane Plamondon, Jason Plamondon, Remi Plamondon, Wayne Plamondon.
