On Wednesday, July 1, 2015 Alvina Berland of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 71 years. Alvina is survived by her children Frankie Berland, Karen Tharp, Brian Berland, grandchildren Kathy, Tamara, Dallas, Keyanna, Jessie, Jenna & Jarrett, siblings Ben Berland, Mary (Larry) Rondeau, Lorraine Laboucane, Larwence (Irene) Berland, Anne Berland, Hazel Patenaude, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends, Alvina is predeceased by her parents George & Nancy Berland, common law husband Edgar  Boucher, siblings George Berland, Irene Auger, Lena Berland, 3 infant siblings, niece Lila Cardinal, nephew Jerry Laboucane.

A Wake was held on Friday, July 3, 2015 at 4:00 PM at McArthur Place in Lac La Biche with Deacon Pat Murphy officiating.

Funeral Service were held on Saturday, July 4, 2015 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherines Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Father Trini Pinca officiating and intermentl followed in the Willow Park Cemetery Lac La Biche.

Honourary Pallbearers were all of her nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers were Greg Berland, Jamie Berland, Ricky Laboucane, Lance Pateneaude, Darryl Reed, Steve Rondeau.
