On Thursday, May 26, 2016 Betty Langevin of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 50 years. Betty is survived by her husband Glen Langevin, daughters Tatie Langevin (Darcy), Carmen Lyons (Pat), sons Joshua Langevin, Travis Langevin, Rory Langevin, mother Lucy Cardinal, siblings Susan Houle, Gordon Cardinal (Louise), Isabel Young (Lawrence), Louie Cardinal (Rosemary), Raymond Cardinal, Leona Cardinal, Francis Cardinal (Marion), Judy Auger, numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins & friends. Betty is predeceased by her father Julian Cardinal, siblings Sarah Cardinal, Rita Ghostkeeper, George Cardinal, Robert Cardinal, mother in law Elaine Guedo.
 
A Wake was held at the Sandy Lake-Community Hall Monday May 30th @1:00 pm & Service Tuesday at 1:00 pm-Sandy Lake Hall 

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Father Reddy officiating and interment followed in the Grassland Community Cemetery Grassland, AB.

Honourary Pallbearers were Jonathan Auger, Love Cardinal, Mavis Cardinal, Joshua Langevin, Rory Langevin, Travis Langevin, Dale St. Jean, Lawrence Young.

Pallbearers were Ritchie Auger, Melvin (Wahpos) Bigstone, Darcy Bourassa, Delroy Cardinal, Trevor Langevin, Patrick Lyons.
