On Friday, April 17, 2015 Blayne Boehlke of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 19 years. Blayne is survived by his parents Sharie  and Mike , sisters Tierra, Danyal, Kacey, grandparents Carmen and Frank Nashim, Marilyn Boehlke, girlfriend Ryleigh Hamilton, aunts and uncles Carol (Paul) Hebert, Kevin (Stacy) Nashim, Koreen (Darcy) Tarrant, Dave (Sheila) Boehlke, Lorri ( Don) McLeod, Rob (Rainey) Boehlke, numerous cousins and special friends. Blayne is predeceased by his Grandpa Gordon Boehlke, Kookum (Lottie Nashim), great grandma and grandpa Smith. 

Blayne was a hero and saved 5 lives and helped improve the quality of many others with his organ and tissue donation.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherines Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating and cremation to follow.
