On Sunday, April 3, 2016 Charles “Charlie” Slade of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 50 years. Charles is survived by his wife Ramona Slade, children Kelsey & Kyler Slade, siblings Cathy Slade, David (Karen) Slade, Keith (Carolyn) Slade, Rosemary (Calvin) Howse, Linda (Terry) Hanlon, Cassandra Slade  (Tim Haas), mother and father in law Raymond and Claudette Dube, sister in law Roxanne (Paul) Coelho, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins & friends. Charles is predeceased by his parents William & Isobel Slade, brother Joseph Slade, nephew Justin Slade.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, April 9, 2016 at 1:00 PM at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Father Casmir Muobike smmm and Deacon Ernie Sehn officiating.

Interment follwed on Sunday, April 10, 2016 at the St. Isidore's Catholic Cemetery in Plamondon with Deacon Pat Murphy Officiating.
