On Thursday, October 19, 2017 Curtis Ausmus of Edmonton, AB passed away at the age of 24 years. Curtis is survived by his parents Darcy & Robert Ausmus of Edmonton, sister Larissa Ausmus of Edmonton, nephew Aiden Ausmus of Edmonton, grandpa Harvey Ausmus of Edmonton, girlfriend Kassy Wauhkonen of Edmonton, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends. Curtis is predeceased by his maternal grandparents Sharon & Pete Lemants, and paternal grandmother Katherine Ausmus.

A Public Visitation took  place on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Ellscott Community Hall in Ellscott.

Funeral Services were  held on Saturday, October 28, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Ellscott Community Hall in Ellscott with Deacon Bill Creaser officiating and interment followed in the Ellscott Community Cemetery.

Honourary Pallbearers were Phil Arsenault, Josh Carruthers, Andy Hutton, Shelly Hutton, Mike J. King, Amanda Malo, Carl Searle, Tyler Vuong.

Pallbearers were Ken Ausmus, Rob Ausmus, Garnet Carruthers, Ian Hague, Joe Jason, Daniel Murphy, Mitchell Murphy.
