On Friday, March 20, 2015 Mrs. Denise Diesel of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 95 years. Denise is survived by her children Maxine Cardinal of Lac La Biche, Denis Diesel of Barrhead, Lawrence (Ellen) Diesel of Lac La Biche, grandchildren Metro (Janelle), Carol, Michael (Colleen), Stephen (Mavis), Nicholas (Sheri), Della, Gail (Mark), Danny (Shannon), Gaye, Kim (Ty), Rae (Trevor), Mae, Crystal (Derek), Willie (Stacy), 39 great grandchildren, 17 great great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Denise is predeceased by her husband Max Diesel, parents Marie and Antonio Prefontaine, 2 sisters, 6 brothers, great grandson Austin, 2 son in laws, 1 nephew.

Prayer Services were held on Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at 7:30 PM at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche with Deacon Pat Murphy officiating.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Thursday, March 26, 2015 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating and interment followed in the Lac La Biche Mission Lac La Biche.

Donations in Lieu of flowers to Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
