March 7, 1945 – April 23, 2015

On Thursday, April 23, 2015 Doreen Cardinal of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 70 years. Doreen is survived by her loving mother and best friend Bernadette Cardinal, sisters Lynda, Alvina, Ida, brothers Allan (Mae), Dan (Darryl), Barry, Roland, special nieces Jenelle, Angela and Kendra Cardinal, very special great nephews Dillon,  Lyric and Cohen Cardinal, special great niece Mackenzie Cardinal and very special aunt and friend Marie Boucher, numerous nephews, nieces and cousins and friends. Doreen is predeceased by her father August Cardinal on Nov. 17, 1981, 4 brothers, 4 sisters, maternal grandparents Rapheal and Maggie Cardinal, paternal grandparents Dan and Melanie Cardinal, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A Wake was held on Monday, April 27, 2015 at 4:00 PM from the Owl River Recreation Centre in Owl River with Deacon Pat Murphy officiating.

Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 11:00 AM at Owl River Recreation Centre in Owl River with Deacon Ernie (E.J.) Sehn officiating and interment followed in the Our Lady of the Snow Cemetery Big Bay.

Pallbearers were Dillon Cardinal, Randall Cardinal, Bradley White, Bryton White, Cameron White, Curtis White.
