On Saturday, April 29, 2017 Dorothy P. Smith of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 96 years. Dorothy is survived by her children Aleta Mazurek of Lac La Biche, Mildred (Len) Lindberg of Three Hills, Jean (Harry) Johnston of Lac La Biche, Joan (Wilf) Cardinal of Lac La Biche, grandchildren Gaylene (Terry), Glendall, Trent (Twyla), Calvin (Angie), Kurt (Amanda), Gerald (Charity), Rhonda (Chris), Tammy, Tanya (Jon), Aaron (Ashton), Ashley (Amanda), great grandchildren Jesse (Joanna), Jordan, Sammy, Steven, Shaylee, Brendan, Donovan, Kaylee, Rebecca, Catalina, Trevor, Brett, Logan, Karson, Ethan, Seth, Dean, Richelle, Pacen, Kaden, Alyssa, Alacia, Axton, Payton, Macy, Emmitt, Emily, Olivia, Adam, great great grandchildren Lillian and Jase Bobocel, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Dorothy is predeceased by husband Fred Smith, son Irvin Smith, parents Fred & Jessie Jeanes, brother Larry Jeanes, son in law Steve Mazurek.

Funeral Services were held on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Charles Fish officiating and interment followed in the Willow Park Cemetery Lac La Biche

In lieu of flowers donations to the Haying in the 30's (Cancer Support) or Road to Hope Community Support Foundation would be appreciated.
