On Wednesday, May 4, 2016 Henriette Smith of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 67 years. Henriette is survived by her loving husband Bill Smith of Lac La Biche, children Angelle (Andy) Reilly of Lethbridge, Alphonse (Maureen) Ulliac of Whitecourt, Celine (Jason) Zevola of Lac La Biche, Monique Ulliac of Lac La Biche, Dorien (Natalie) Ulliac of Lac La Biche, Rene (Adrienne) Ulliac of Whitecourt, stepchildren Colleen Ulch of Edmonton, Angela (Kevin) Malarchuk of Edmonton, Patrick (Tanya) Smith of Edmonton, brothers Leon (Joanne) Proulx of Meota, SK, Phillip (Marie) Proulx of Breynat, sister Elise Vertypora of Edmonton, numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, nieces, nephews cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Henriette is predeceased by Parents Rene and Florilda Proulx, sisters Therese Aubee, Cecile Proulx, Leona Giguere, Yvette Proulx, Yvonne Mackereth, stepdaughter Donna Lemire, grandson Johnathan Ulliac, brother Raymond Proulx, brothers in law Johnny Clapp, Roger Aubee, Bill Mackereth, nephew Rene Clapp, niece Carolann Clapp.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, May 7, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwele officiating and interment  followed in the Evangelical Free Church Cemetery Lac La Biche
