On Thursday, July 16, 2015 John Cook of Rich Lake, AB passed away at the age of 91 years. John is survived by his children Robert Cook (Karen), Evelyn (Jim) Malbeuf, Darrell (Sharon) Cook, grandchildren Kelly, Jeff, Amy, Daniel, Crystal, Ashley, Nicholas, Tyrell, Alanna, great grandchildren Trent, Jade, Chad, Colby, Nash, Emmett, Hollis, Sage, Alexandria, Tatianna, Summer, brother Mike Cook, sister in law Evelyn Cook, numerous nieces, nephews & friends. John is predeceased by his wife Vivian, sons Randolph & Dennis, daughter Allison, parents Katherine & Nicholas, brother Pete & sister in law Hilda.

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, July 22, 2015 at 11:30 AM at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche with Pastor Calvin Skriver officiating. Cremation Followed.
