On Sunday, February 3, 2013 John G Desjarlais of Edmonton, AB passed away at the age of 41 years. John G is survived by his mother Sara Desjarlais, sisters Sandra Desjarlais, Virginia Desjarlais, Cindy Stirling, Joyce Desjarlais, nieces Maggie Desjarlais, Stephanie Desjarlais, Michelle Desjarlais, Cassy Desjarlais, Sara Desjarlais, Seahanna Desjarlais, Jennifer Bone, Destiny Desjarlais, nephews Micheal Desjarlais, John Desjarlais, Alex Desjarlais, Darren Desjarlais, Ryan Desjarlais, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. John G is predeceased by his father Gilbert Arnfinson, brother Ronnie Desjarlais, nephew Deume Desjarlais, great grandmother Maggie Desjarlais , great grandfather Deom Desjarlais.
Pallbearers were Ricky Reid, Erwin Boucher, Archie Desjarlais, Curtis Desjarlais, Ernie Desjarlais, Dale Quintal.
A Wake was held on Sunday, February 10, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Conklin Nakewin Centre in Conklin, AB.
Funeral Services were held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 1:00 PM at the Conklin Nakewin Centre in Conklin with Father Paul Thekkanath officiating and interment followed in the St.Vincent Cemetery, Conklin, AB.
