On Tuesday, May 24, 2016 Mary Diesel of Owl River, AB passed away at the age of 81 years.  Mary is survived by her children Philip Diesel of Owl River, Paul Diesel of Owl River, Deborah Wallace of Owl River, Eleisa (Glenn) Anderson of Owl River, Norah (Mark) Wiebe of Owl River, Rebecca (William) McDonald of Hylo, grandchildren and great grandchildren Amanda (Ashley) Cardinal (Payton, Macy & Baby), Bobby Jo (Jordan) Gauthier (Koen,Lein, Brin & J’Lyn), Clayton (Amy) Diesel (Mason, Sophie & Logan), Melissa (Jason) Kelsey (Aletheia, Emery & Briar), Amy (Chris) Suhan (Brooke, Carter & Aubrey), Penny (Jason) Daniels (Tyrell, Tianna, Taneesha, Maxem & Ava, Tracy Half (Clayne), Tony (Erin) Stauffer, Joshua (Samantha) Stauffer (Dayton & Felix), Kristopher Stauffer, Kyle (Bethany) Anderson, Kathleen Anderson, Nolan Anderson, Mikayla Wiebe, Garth Wiebe, Rayleigh Wiebe, Callie Wiebe, Garrison Wiebe, Gregory Wiebe, Colton McDonald, Ashley McDonald, Tessa McDonald, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mary is predeceased by her husband Ludwig (Buzz) Diesel in 2009, parent Joseph & Rose (Semos) Ray of Paget Parish, Bermuda, sister Carolyn (Ray) Adderly, brothers Albert Ray, Joseph Ray, Howard Ray.

Donation in Lieu of flowers to the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation or the Diabetes Society would be appreciated.

Funeral Services were held on Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at 1:00PM at the Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwile officiating and interment followed in the Diesel's New Hope Cemetery, Owl River, AB.

Pallbearers were Clayton Diesel, Tony Stauffer, Kristopher Stauffer, Nolan Anderson, Garth Wiebe, Colton McDonald.
