On Saturday, August 20, 2016 Mel Rayment of Hylo, AB passed away at the age of 80 years. Mel is survived by his son’s Dean (Heather) Rayment of Vermilion, Carey Rayment of Hylo, daughter in law Cindy Rayment of Hylo, grandchildren Kristen, Joshua (Elise), Cody (Leslie), Adam, Nathan, brothers Gordon (Helen) Rayment of Hylo, Ed (Pat) Rayment of Hylo, Larry (Arlene) Rayment of Ardrossan, sister Norma Stucki of Idaho, sister in law Chris Rayment of Edmonton, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Mel is predeceased by his wife Helen Rayment, son Leslie Rayment, parents Jean & Alfred Rayment, brother Dan Rayment.

Funeral Services were held on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwele & Russell Mueller officiating and interment followed in the Hylo Community Cemetery Hylo, AB.

Pallbearers were Adam Rayment, Cody Rayment, Joshua Rayment, Nathan Rayment.
