On February 10, 2017, Walter (Nester) Stuparyk of Craigend, Alberta passed away peacefully at the age of 87 years.

 Arrangements are being handled by: Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac la Biche

The Family will be having a Memorial Service at a later date, to be confirmed, this service will be for the immediate family only.

[Walter] was born in Vegreville, Alberta, on January 27, 1930. .

[Walter] was married to Pearl (Ozga) on October 19, 1950; they were married for 66 years.

He was a man of Multi Talents; Farming, Logging, Driving gravel trucks, Operating Heavy Duty road building equipment, Foreman for Fleming Cats, Operating his own Water Hauling business, hands on kind of guy.

Walter is survived by his Loving wife Pearl and their children,

Christine (Bill) Mullen along with her sons Greg Hayward (Jacqui) and his children Zayne and Teagyn, Jeff (Erin) Hayward and their children Rowan and Tristan,

Victor (Karen) Stuparyk along with their children Shannon (Bill) Gagnon and their children Kristina and Ruby, Kimberly (Chad) Mahe, Travis (Katey) Stuparyk and their son Liam,

Taras (Jeanette) and his children Tina (Ryan) Davio and their children Ava and Thomas, Chad (Cathy) Stuparyk and their daughter Ivy; and their child Willa,

Two sisters, Adeline (Alec) Filewych and Pat (Ernie) Cherniwchan; one brother Ernie (Jeannine) Stuparyk;

Sister-in-laws, Rose, Helen and Denise

Along with numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends,

Walter was predeceased by his parents William and Mary, brothers Mike, Thomas, Andy and Henry.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
