On Wednesday, September 26, 2018 Alvina Desjarlais - Boucher of Lac La Biche, AB passed away suddenly at the age of 66 years. Alvina is survived by her children: Darren (April) Boucher of Lac La Biche, Brenda (Kevin) Halter of Lac La Biche, Valerie Boucher (Micky) of Slave Lake, Wanda Boucher of Edmonton, Lorraine Boucher (Ken) of Grand Prairie, Charlie Jr. Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, Kyle (Rita) Boucher of Lac La Biche, 13 Grandchildren, 8 Great Grandchildren, 6 Sisters: Maria McNeil of Vancouver, Rena Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, Ameilia (Luke) Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, Lena Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, Shana (Ricky) Laboucane of Lac La Biche, Doreen Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, 3 Brothers: Raymond Desjarlais of Vancouver, Dennis Desjarlais of Lac La Biche, Robert Desjarlais of Cold Lake. Special Friends: Ralph Whitford of Lac La Biche, Donny (Christine) Twin of Beaver Lake, Lillian (Gary) Sparks of Owlseye, Nicole Semple of Australia, godchildren Jesse Hopwood, Alana Halter & Tanisha Desjarlais, as well as numerous Nieces. Nephews, Cousins & Friends. Alvina is predeceased by Husband Robert Boucher, Parents Moise & Louise Desjarlais, Sister in law Rita Deschambeau, Sister Lucy Desjarlais, 3 Brothers: Gordon Desjarlais, Danny Desjarlais, Wilbert Desjarlais, Special Brother Dolphus Desjarlais.

A Wake was held on Monday, October 1, 2018 at 4:00 pm from the Beaver Lake Multipurpose Building in Beaver Lake, AB with Fr. Aureus Manjares officiating.

Funeral Service were held on Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 2:00 pm from St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Fr. Aureus Manjares officiating. Interment followed in the Willow Park Cemetery, Lac La Biche, AB.

Pallbearers were Kyle Boucher, Alvin Halter, Jesse Hopwood, Justin Hopwood, Tony Laboucane, Thian Trottier.
