On Tuesday, June 27, 2017 Dennis Gordon "Max" Laboucane of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 61 years. Dennis is survived by his daughter Shawna Boucher of Buffalo Lake, grandchildren Dominic and Emily Eskow, siblings Francis, Lena, Shirley, Helen, Leona, Daniel, Chris, David, Donna, Jimmy, Brian, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Max is predeceased by his parents  Maria Laboucane and Frank Cardinal, siblings Raymond and Evelyn, grandma Alice Bourque, numerous aunts and uncles.

A Wake was held on Tuesday, July 4, 2017 at 7:00 PM at Arthur and Anita Cadieux Agriplex in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating.

Funeral Services were held on Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 11:00 AM at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating and cremation followed the service 

Honourary Pallbearers were all of his friends and relatives.

Pallbearers were Harvey Boucher, Herman Boucher, Dean Bourque, Harvey Cardinal, David Laboucane, Brent Pruden.
