George Skoreyko

On Sunday, October 21, 2018 Mr. George Skoreyko of Caslan, Alberta, passed away at the age of 94 years. George is survived by his children Nastasia (Ted) Heemeryck, Alex (Mariann) Skoreyko, Betty (Wayne) Cherniwchan, daughter in law Cheryl Skoreyko, grandchildren Terrence, Tyler, Travis (Kristen) Skoreyko, Kristofer (Rebecca), Jonathan (Shastene) Heemeryck, Roxanne Skoreyko, Mary Jane (Brian) Moffard, Jerilyn (Clay) Hilbert, George Skoreyko, Allison (Alex) Okinczyc, Dustin Cherniwchan, Natasha (Craig) Winterfield, great grandchildren Trace, Talen, Tatum, Alexander, Makenzie, Finnick, Bruce, Jane, Max, Gillian, Gabriella, Michaela, Grant, brother John Skoreyko, sister Jean Mankowski, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  He is predeceased by his wife Alice Skoreyko and son William Skoreyko.

A Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 at 10:30am at Caslan Community Hall in Caslan with Joe Kuraitis officiating. Interment followed in the St. Mary the Protectress Cemetery, Noral, AB.

Pallbearers were Dustin Cherniwchan, Jonathan Heemeryck, Kristofer Heemeryck, George Skoreyko, Terrence Skoreyko, Travis Skoreyko, Tyler Skoreyko.
