Leonard Joseph LeMay was born on August 22, 1929. He left us and his garden to continue his journey on October 16, 2017.

Leonard will always be in the hearts of his loving wifeof 61 years, Anne, children, Lenora (Bart), Neil (Patricia), Connie (Stephen), seven grandchildren; Ryan (Laura) LeMay, Justin LeMay, Zachary Grant, Rachael Grant, Chad (Leanne) Clark, Shari (Travis) Toews, Joleen (Geoff) Cowie, ten great-grandchildren, sisters Vi, Eileen, Vivian, Iris, Cheryl, brother, Lewis, and many wonderful caregivers, numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

He was predeceased by his mother, Aune, father Joseph, sisters Bernice, Doreen, Evelyn, Irene, and brother Lawrence. 

Leonard will forever be remembered as a “Prince of a Man”. 

Prayer Services were held on Sunday, October 22, 2017 at 7:00 PM at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, October 23, 2017 at 10:30 AM at St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Lac La Biche with Fr. Trini Pinca officiating and interment followed in the Willow Park Cemetery, Lac La Biche.

Pallbearers were Darren Ewanchuk, Keith Ewanchuk, Lyle Ewanchuk, Dwayne Hahn, David Holonko, Russel Makar.

In lieu of flowers donations to the "Ladies Auxiliary" c/o  W. J. Cadzow Health Centre would be appreciated.
