On Friday, November 10, 2017 Orest Petrowsky of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 80 years. Orest is survived by his loving wife of 56 years Diena Petrowsky, children Carol (David) St. Jean, Lillian Petrowsky, Terry (Misty) Petrowsky, Rodney Petrowsky (Beth Sundin), grandchildren Janine, Bradly, Jamie, Tyson, Brandon, Chelsea, Cody, Michael, Jonathan, Daniel, Marcus, great grandchild Jerrick, sisters Pearl Shukaliak, Cassie (Roy Mac Vittie) Kane, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Orest is predeceased by son Michael Petrowsky, parents Mike and Helen Petrowsky, brother Bill Gordey, sister Mary Uganecz.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, November 18, 2017 at 11:00 AM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwele officiating and interment followed in the Willow Park Cemetery, Lac La Biche, AB.

Honourary Pallbearers were Brandon Chase, Daniel Petrowsky, David Yurdiga, Richard Yurdiga.

Pallbearers were Tyson Chase, Cody Petrowsky, Jamie Petrowsky, Jonathan Petrowsky, Michael Petrowsky, Bradly St. Jean.
