On Saturday, June 8, 2019 Richard Edward Benson of Edmonton, AB passed away at the age of 53 years. Richard is survived by 4 sons Blair (Samanatha) Bone, Justin Bone, Richard Jr. (Jorllet) Benson, Keyano Benson, 4 daughters Melissa (Noel) Bone, Chantelle (Lionel) Giant, Jessi Benson, Shatanna (Bradley) Benson, 3 brothers Ralph (Doris) Benson, Benjamin Benson, Walter (Lana) Benson, 3 sisters Shirley Benson, Rema Quintal, Winnie (Matt) Pelletier, 16 grandchilden and numerous nephews & nieces. Richard is predeceased by his daughter Michelle Bone, father Emile Edward Benson, mother Minnie Maria Benson, infant sister Lydia Benson, brother in law Dennis Pelletier, nephew Damion Pelletier, paternal & maternal grandparents and numerous loved ones.

Funeral Service Friday, June 14, 2019 at 10:30 am at St. Catherine Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Fr. Aureus Manjares officiating. Interment in the Our Lady of the Snow Cemetery, Big Bay, AB.
