Roy Boucher Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Roy Emil Boucher on September 01, 2018 after a lengthy illness at the age of 73 years.
Roy is survived by his loving wife Donna Boucher of 41 years and a beautiful daughter Carmen Boucher, brother James (Marie) Boucher, sisters Florence (Gerald) Ladouceur and Adele (Carl) Durocher, along with numerous other relatives.

Roy was predeceased by his parents Louis and Mary Boucher, five sisters and one brother.

A Public Viewing was held at Mission View Funeral Chapel, Thursday September 6, from 7:00pm-9:00pm.

A Funeral Service was held at 11:00am on Friday September 7th, at the St. Catherine’s Parish in Lac La Biche, with Fr. Aureus Manjares officiating.
Cremation followed the service.

Luncheon at Lac La Biche Heritage Center followed the service.

Honourary Pallbearers were Gilbert (Butch) Boucher, Marcel (Massey) Boucher, Russell Boucher, Carl Durocher, Raymond Gagnon, Gary Harpe.

Pallbearers were Allan Boucher, Gordon Cadieux, Jerry Ladouceur, Kenny Warawa, Kevin Warawa, Ronald Warawa.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alberta Lung Association.
