Albert Daniel Chevigny

The family of Albert "Bert" Daniel Chevigny of Plamondon/Lac La Biche, Alberta are saddened to announce his passing on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at the age of 88 years.

Bert is lovingly survived by his wife of 46 years: Sandra "Sandie" Chevigny (née Berry); sons: André(Wendy) Chevigny, David (Alissa) Chevigny; daughters: Deborah (Remi) Gauthier, Michele (James) Eleniak; brother:  Raymond Chevigny; sister: Annette Gallatin; children from his first marriage; Bryan Sr. (Jana) Reid, Bruce (Penny) Reid, Keith Reid, Ken Reid, Debra Else; grandchildren: Mathew (Alexis) Chevigny, Tevis (Devon) Chevigny, Dustin (Kaylyn) Chevigny, Devon (Justin) Gordon, Jonah (Jessie) Gauthier, Shanelle Gauthier, Victoria (Ian) LHeureux, Jordan Eleniak, Breanne (Nolan) Evjen, Corey (Victoria) Evjen; great grandchildren: Quinten, Adalynn, Everleigh, Hendrix, Aaryn, Austin, Braedi-Rae, Brantley (Gordon), Joshua, Eli,Ryker, Nicolas, Amalie, Avi Maeve, London, Bella; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Bert was predeceased by his first wife: Anna Crucil; parents: Louis & Laura Chevigny;  sister: Jeanne Middleton; granddaughter: Avril Chevigny; twin grandsons: Joseph & Joshua Gauthier; parents-in-law: Watson & Muriel Berry; brother-in-law: Stuart Berry.

As per Bert's wishes, cremation has taken place; a Celebration of Bert's Life will take place at a later date.
