Archie Quintal

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Archie Quintal of Lac La Biche, AB announces his passing on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at the age of 75 years.

Archie is survived by his daughter: Adeline Johnstone; grandson: Gabriel Alexis; 3 brothers: Joe Quintal, Pat Quintal, Larry Gladue; sister: Delia Rastetter; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Archie has gone on to be reunited with his wife: Kathleen Johnstone; mom: Adeline Quintal; dad: Harry Cardinal; stepdad: Jerome “Slim” Gladue; 4 brothers: Jimmy Quintal, Sybil Quintal, Eugene Quintal, Alfred Gladue; 2 sisters: Sarah Tremblay, Lucy Gladue; as well as numerous others who left us too soon.

Honorary Pallbearers: All of his geemins and nieces that he took as his own girls.

Public Viewing: Monday, March 29, 2021 from 4 pm to 7 pm at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche, AB.

Public Viewing: Tuesday, March 30, 2021 from 9 am to 11 am at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche, AB.

Private Family Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 11 am at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche, AB with Father Aureus Manjares Officiating. Final Resting Place: Our Lady of the Snow Cemetery in Big Bay, Alberta.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we will be limiting the number of people in our chapel at any given time to 20 and ask that all attendees wear a mask.
