Surrounded by family, Ashley Patenaude of Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, Alberta, sadly passed away on July 25, 2024 at the age of 45 years.

Ashley is survived by his children: Mikhail Pruden, Khailen Pruden; parents: Horace and Donna Patenaude; sisters: Gail (Tim) Patenaude, Shelley (Archie) Handel, Sheila (Hopeton) Spence.

Ashley was predeceased by his brother: Jody Thompson; nistaw: Trevor Cardinal; paternal grandparents: Louie and Bella Patenaude; maternal grandparents: Ernest and Bertha Howse; mosom: Mathew Anderson.

Wake: Friday, August 2, 2024, Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, (leaving 12:00 p.m. from Mission View Funeral Chapel, Lac La Biche, Alberta).

Funeral Service: Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, Alberta.

Pallbearers: Jason Houle, Kelly Sams, Roy Auger, Darren Patenaude, Jarrett Howse, Rocky Pruden.
