The family of Brian Dribnenki of Lac La Biche, Alberta, sadly announce that he peacefully departed the earth surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at the age of 53 years.
Brian is survived by his loving wife of 31 years: Lisa Dribnenki; greatest treasures, his sons: Derek (Bri), Scott (Brianna), Travis (Mischa); parents: Denis and Karla Dribnenki; brother: George (Cindy) Dribnenki; niece: Kristyn Dribnenki; nephew: Bradley Dribnenki.
Brian will be sadly missed by parents in-law Marcel and Sophie Michaud; brothers-in-law: Herve Michaud (Julie Bacque), Aime (Nikki) Michaud; sisters-in-law: Sue (Louis) Dechaine, Marcy (Fred) Locke. Brian was extremely proud of his children and his numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Brian was predeceased by his paternal grandparents: Peter and Ida Dribnenki; his maternal grandparents: George and Irma Berchtenbreiter; uncles: Ron Dribnenki and Jurgen Berchtenbreiter; nephew: Ryan Dechaine; cousin Tracy Lamont.
Brian's passing leaves behind a huge hole in the hearts of our family as well as his friends. Brian fought cancer with admirable courage and strength. Not one to complain about his health, he remained focused on making sure his family was well loved and cared for.
Brian will be thoughtfully remembered by his AlPac Family.
Service of Remembrance Monday November 4, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. Lac La Biche Bold Centre in The Devon Room, Lac La Biche, Alberta
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial tributes in memory of Brian be sent to the Lac La Biche Regional Health Foundation or the Lac La Biche Humane Society.
Cremation has taken place.
