Daniel Joseph Cadieux

With grateful hearts for a life well lived, the family of Daniel Cadieux of Lac La Biche, Alberta, regretfully announces the passing of their beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother on Tuesday, March 4, 2025 at the age of 81.

Leaving to mourn with cherished memories is his loving wife of 23 years; Susan Cadieux; children: Bonnie (Jim) Cadieux-Piquette, Alan Cadieux, Doraine (Gary Grierson) Cadieux; grandchildren: Jaylyn Piquette, Jesse Piquette: step- grandchildren: Jordan (Aimee) Grierson, Tyler Grierson; step- great grandson: Carter Grierson; brothers: Bert (Simone) Cadieux, Leo (Doreen) Cadieux, Maurice Cadieux, Richard (Sarah) Cadieux, Harvey (Donna) Cadieux; sisters; Anna-Marie Verhaeghe, Louise (Dan) Onischuk, Denise (Terry) Stefanyk; sister-in-law: Sandra (Ken) Schoenroth; brothers-in-law: Stuart (Joan) Kramer, Steven (Brenda) Kramer; aunt: Simone Villeneuve; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Daniel was predeceased by his parents: Albert Cadieux (1973); Bernadette Cadieux (2014); wife: Helen Cadieux (nee Mahowich) (1999); brothers: Lawrence Cadieux (2017), Emile Cadieux (2023); brother-in-law: Camille Verhaeghe (2011); nephew: Marcel Cadieux (1990); great nephew: Owen Cadieux (2016); maternal grandparents: Josaphat Durocher (1962), Marie Durocher (2002); paternal grandparents: Anna Cadieux (1919), Dolphis Cadieux (1949).

Funeral Service, Friday, March 14, 2025 at 11:00 a.m., Evangelical Free Church, Lac La Biche, Alberta with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwele officiating.
