David Fredrick Winger

It is with heartfelt and loving memories that the family of David Fredrick Winger announce his passing on June 14, 2024 at the age of 94 years.

Dave was born December 27, 1929 in Ridgeway Ontario. He was the youngest of 11 children. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, teacher, gardener, handyman, avid fisherman and hunter. He loved being on the water and outdoors. 

Dave is lovingly survived by his wife Joyce of 67 years; his children: David (Kim) Winger, Peggy (Tom) Wharrick, Lori (Jason) Sachko; grandchildren: Chadwick (Heather Aggus) Winger, Adina (Randy) Reid, Ben (Victoria) Winger, Marla Sachko, Chloe  Sachko, Aaron Sachko; great grandchildren: Eli Reid, Dawson Reid, David J. Winger,  Abby Winger.

Dave was predeceased by his son Richard Winger.

A Celebration of Life will take place at a later date.
