Esther Velma Desjarlais

It is with sadness in their hearts that the family of Esther Velma Desjarlais of Buffalo Lake, Alberta announces her passing on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at the age of 71 years.

Esther’s memory will live on with her 2 sons: Roger Howse, Kenny (Cheryl) Howse; 4 grandchildren: Emery, Morgan, Dalton, Holly; great grandbaby: Ronan; 6 brothers: Russell (Emma) Hwwse, Gilbert (Doreen) Howse, Joe Howse, Harvey Howse, Martin (Linda) Howse, Jacob (Karen) Howse; sister: Lillian Howse; special friend: Marshall Sheppard; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Esther has gone to be reunited with her loving husband: Felix Desjarlais; parents Agnes & Adolphus Howse; 3 siblings: William Howse, Nancy Howse, and Irene Howse.

Pallbearers: Dawn Pedersen, Makayla Ladouceur, Claudette Lachance, Shelley Shott, Vicky MCara, Heather Shott.

A one night wake will be held on Friday, August 13, 2021 starting at 4:00 pm at the Buffalo Lake Community Center in Buffalo Lake, Alberta.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Buffalo Lake Community Center in Buffalo Lake, Alberta with Pastor Joe Kuraitis officiating.

Final resting place, Buffalo Lake Community Cemetery in Buffalo Lake, Alberta.
