Frank is lovingly survived by his parents: Karen Noltcho, Frank (Francis) Noltcho; biological father: Clarence Gladue; stepmother: Cheryl Montgrand; brothers: Bradley Noltcho, Denési Noltcho, Dustin Noltcho, A.J. Sylvestre; sisters: Chelsey Noltcho, Carrie Shave, Tara Shave, Kerry Roy; stepbrothers: Clarence Jr. Gladue/Castor, Jamie Gladue/Castor, Adrian Gladue, Cashton Gladue; stepsisters: Annette Gladue/Castor, Mary Mountain; nieces: Brianna Noltcho, Jacqueline Robin; nephews: Seth Robin, Alex Robin; aunties: Dana Whitford, Violet Mountain, Sheila Mountain, Denise Mountain, MariAnn Mountain, Diana (Eunice) Janvier, Yvonne Boostrom, Alvina Gladue; uncles: Gordon Mountain, Casey Mountain, Morris Whitford, Allan (Eene) Noltcho, George Gladue, Henry Gladue. Funeral Service: Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at 2:00 p.m., Beaver Lake Community Hall. Beaver Lake, Alberta.
