Gabriel Legere

It was with fond memories in their hearts that the family of Gabriel “Gabe” Legere announce his sudden passing on Sunday, October 17, 2021 at the age of 72 years.

Gabe is lovingly survived by his wife: Noella Legere; children: Julie (Moe) Lacroix, Gerald (Tara) Legere, Angele (Curtis) Kaufman; grandchildren: Monique Lacroix, Louise Lacroix, Carson Legere, Maizie Legere, Chenoa Kaufman, Cidra Kaufman, Andy-Lee Kaufman; brothers: Yvon (Annie) Legere, George (Ginette) Legere; sisters: Anita (Valmond) Lanteigne, Jeannette Ross, Linda LeBouthillier; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & friends.

Gabe was predeceased by his parents: Albert & Adele Legere; brother in law: John Ross.

Pallbearers: Harvey Cardinal, Curtis Kaufman, Maurice Lacroix, Gerald Legere, Jordan Friesen, Uzziel Canlas.

A public viewing will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021 from 7:00 pm until 9:00 pm at Mission View Funeral Chapel in Lac La Biche, Alberta.

A private family funeral service will be held on Friday, October 22, 2021 at 10:30 am at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, Alberta.

Cremation to follow.
