Leroy Willie Couterielle

It is with heavy hearts that the family of Leroy Willie Couterielle of Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, AB announce his passing on October 5, 2021 at the age of 49 years.
 

Leroy is lovingly survived by his son: Jorden (Summer) Sharphead; grandchildren: Kenyon Sharphead, Kaislyn Sharphead, Jorden Sharphead Jr.; siblings: Margaret (John) Araujo, Duane Couterielle, Edwin Auger, Tanis (Dustin) Heron; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
 

Leroy has gone to be reunited with his parents: Shirley Couterielle & Wilfred Auger; siblings: James Couterielle, Diane Couterielle, Mary Coutereille and Norma Allistone.
 

Honorary Pallbearers: Kenyon Sharphead, Jorden Sharphead Jr., Jonathan Araujo, Dillion Ponicappo, Legan Ponicappo, Colten Blyan, Toren Auger, Doug Allistone, Kaiden Heron.

A one night wake will be held on Sunday October 17, 2021 starting at 2:30 pm at the Buffalo Lake Community Hall in Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, Alberta.
 

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 18, 2021 at 11:00 am at the Buffalo Lake Community Hall in Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, Alberta with Pastor Joe Kuraitis officiating.
