It is with heavy hearts the family of Lucille Marlene Cardinal of Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement, are announcing her passing on September 8, 2024 at the age of 70 years.

Lucille will be forever remembered by her spouse: Lawson Gordon; children: Leonard Neil Cardinal, Lenore Cardinal; grandchildren: Cody Cardinal, Ethan Cardinal, Devin W. Spence, Georgia Cardinal; great grandchildren: Mathias Spence; brothers: Allan Hamelin, David Hamelin, Robert McCallum Jr.; sisters: Josephine Hamelin, Anna-Marie Cardinal.

Lucille was predeceased by her husband Leonard Cardinal Sr.; brothers: Peter Hamelin, Richard Hamelin, Randy Hamelin, Remi Hamelin, Simon Hamelin; sisters: Bertha Hamelin, Florence Hamelin, Mary McCallum, Annette Arnold.

Wake: Friday, September 20, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., Buffalo Lake Recreation Centre, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement. (Leaving Mission View Funeral Chapel at 12:00 p.m.).

Funeral Service: Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 11:00 a.m., Buffalo Lake Recreation Center, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement.

Final resting place: Buffalo Lake Community Cemetery, Buffalo Lake Metis Settlement.
