On Friday, December 28, 2018 Orest Beraska of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 83 years. Orest is survived by his loving wife of 57 years Gladys Beraska, children Keith (Viktoriya) Beraska, Kim (James) Derouin, grandchildren Taisiya, Hunter, brothers John (Domka) Beraska, Eli Beraska, sisters Jayne (George) Berg, Joyce Kulyk, Mary (Bill) Pisarewski, Gloria (Mike) Shewchuk, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Orest is predeceased by his parents Harry and Pearl Beraska, sister Elizabeth Cheyney, brother Harry David Beraska, brothers in law John Kulyk, Brian Cheyney.
Prayer Service on Friday, January 4, 2019 at 7:00pm at All Saints Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Very Rev.Archpriest Michael Domaradz officiating.
Funeral Service held on Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:00am at All Saints Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Very Rev.Archpriest Michael Domaradz officiating. Interment in the St. Elias Orthodox Cemetery, Wandering River, AB.
Pallbearers were Barry Batke, Marcel Hebert, David Hillary, Kevin Warawa, Danny Wowk, Gerald Wowk.
