Richard Doucet

With heavy hearts the family of Richard Doucet of Lac La Biche, Alberta announce his passing on Tuesday, August 24, 2021 at the age of 83 years.

Richard is lovingly survived by his wife of 59 years: Laurette; children: Denis Doucet, Laurianne (Don) McCarville, Marc (Shelly) Doucet, Colette (Albert) Benson; grandchildren: Jessica (Haweo) Vicar, Steven McCarville, Nathan McCarville, Clay Doucet, Wyatt (Juli Ann) Benson, Dylan Benson, Wade Doucet, Leelan (Cara) Shopland; great grandchildren: Kelaya Vicar, Kahnle Shopland, Cashner Shopland.

Honorary Pallbearers: Jessica Vicar, Steven McCarville, Nathan McCarville, Clay Doucet, Wyatt Benson, Dylan Benson, Wade Doucet.

Funeral Service, Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Catherine’s Catholic Church in Lac La Biche, AB with Father Anselmo Landoy officiating.

A luncheon will follow at the Heritage Center in Lac La Biche, AB.
