Richard will be forever remembered by his loving mother: Janice Hilligas; sister: Rhonda (Luc) Plamondon; brothers: Rob (Arlene) Hilligas, Ron (Rebecca) Hilligas, Randy (Cristy) Hilligas; nephews: Cole Hilligas, Ethan Hilligas, Owen Hilligas, Jeremy Plamondon, Blake Hilligas; nieces: Abby Hilligas, Emily Plamondon. Tannis Hilligas, Elizabeth Hilligas.

Richard was predeceased by his father: Richard Atwood Hilligas
