Robert "Butch" Boucher

The family of Robert “Butch” Boucher of Lac La Biche, Alberta are saddened to announce his passing on April 19, 2024 at the age of 85 years.

Robert will be lovingly remembered by his wife: Georgina Boucher; children: Montana Boucher, Michael Boucher, Eadie Whitford, Jason Whitford; sisters: Denise Boucher, Priscilla Boucher; brothers: William “Luke” Boucher, Allen “Popcorn” Boucher, Harvey Boucher, Sydney Boucher; special nephews: Matthew Koebel, Jon Boucher; god-daughter: Katelyn Boucher; dear friend of the family: Christine Boucher; best friend: Rene (Chico) Bone; numerous nieces and nephews.

Robert was predeceased by his parents: Victor and Clara Boucher; brothers: Rene “Chip” Boucher, Wildfred “Pappy” Boucher; sisters: Emma Boucher, Mabel Boucher; best friends: Willy Landstrom, Jim Boucher, Reggie Boucher; numerous nieces and nephews.

Wake: Friday, April 26, 2024 at Hylo Community Centre, Hylo, Alberta. (Leaving Mission View Funeral Chapel at 2:00 p.m.).

Funeral Service: Saturday April 27, 2024 at 1:00 p.m., Hylo Community Centre, Hylo, Alberta.

Pallbearers: Matthew Koebel, Johnathan Koebel, T.J Koebel, Dawson Boucher, Michael Lameman, Wesley Boucher.

Honorary Pallbearers: Masey Boucher; all Robert’s friends and family.

Final resting place: Willow Park Cemetery.
