Through tears and shattered hearts, the family of Samuel Harold Napesis announces his passing at 42 years of age in his home in the Lac La Biche County, Alberta, on October 11, 2025,. 

Leaving to mourn are his children: Kaydence Hunter, Samantha Boucher; mother: Donna (Ken) Napesis; 2nd mother: June Quintal; girlfriend: Cynthia Castor; brothers: Lance, Cody; sisters: Bonnie, Mandy, Alannah, Jesse, Nadine, Maggie, Sharon; uncles: Avery (Chalsi), Ian, Floyd; special uncle: Lester Dominque; special aunts: June, Lorraine, Lorna, Simone (Fred), Janet, Evelyn, Dorothy (Norman), Barb, Brenda (Bruce), Laurie (Justin), Alberta; special uncle & aunt: Ricky & Shauna Laboucane, Joey & Carolyn Huppie; special niece: Saylor Napesis; special friend/boss: Abudy & Amy Fayad; special friend: Gabriel Gladue, Damien Quintal; adopted brother: Chase; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.

He was predeceased by his father: Harold Deschambeau; paternal grandparents: Rita Deschambeau, Joe Bourque, Irvin Deschambeau; maternal grandparents: Fred & Margaret Napesis; sisters: Sharon, Barb, Oretta, Brittany; niece: Takoda Napesis; aunts: Deborah Napesis, Sarah Schofield, Cheryl Holloway; uncle: Randal Napesis. 

Wake will be held on Sunday, October 19, 2025, at Sir Winston Churchill Community Hall R394+R7, Lac La Biche, Alberta. Leaving Mission View Funeral Chapel, 113 Sentinal Drive, Lac La Biche, Alberta, at 12:00 p.m.

Funeral Service will be held on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 2:30 p.m. at Sir Winston Churchill Community Hall R394+R7 Lac La Biche, Alberta.

Graveside service will be immediately following the funeral service at the Willow Park Cemetery, Lac La Biche, Alberta

Pallbearers: Tony Laboucane, Robert Hope, Benji Landstrom, Ronald Giroux, Tristan Cardinal, Gabriel Gladue, Gilly Belanger, Tyler Deschambeau.
