Stanley Raymond Ballantyne

It is with great sadness that the family of Stanley Raymond Ballantyne of Lac La Biche, Alberta announces his passing on August 28, 2024 at the age of 62 years.

Stanley is lovingly survived by his children: Calvin Ballantyne, Marcy Ballantyne, Christine Ballantyne, Lindsey Ballantyne (Jamie), Waylon Ballantyne; grandchildren: Leanna, Keyanna, Angel, Kaneisha, Alaira, Crae, Jaydess, Shalaya, Talon, Gage, Miikka, Laylon, Traeton, Keilyn, Keegan, Christina, Everest; sister: Gail (Dave) Sanderson.

Stanley was predeceased by his loving wife Anna Ballantyne: Parents: Rema & George Ballantyne; sisters: Eileen Laliberte, Grace Naytowhow, Sally Badger-Ballantyne, Florence Henderson; brothers: Leslie Ballantyne, Maurice Ballantyne.

Two day wake: Monday September 9, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. at Sir Winston Churchill Park Hall, Lac La Biche, AB.

Funeral service: Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at Sir Winston Churchill Park Hall, Lac La Biche, AB with Paster Stephen Chute officiating. 

Pallbearers:  Caddie Blood, Kayle Houle, Crae Ballantyne, Sam Napesis, Jamie Blood, Anthony Boostrom.

Honorary Pallbearers: all his friends and family.

Final Resting Place: Our Lady of Snow Cemetery Big Bay, Alberta.
