Wayne Rene Thom

On Thursday, May 6th, 2021, Wayne Rene Thom of Lac La Biche passed away suddenly at the age of 63 years.

Wayne is lovingly survived by his children: Angus Cardinal (Chantelle Whiteknife), Roddy (Claudette) Cardinal, Sherice Cardinal (Matthieu St. Germain), Twyla Cardinal, Jordan Cardinal Waylon Cardinal & Amber Lee Cardinal; grandchildren; Hailey, Emma, Harmony, Patrick, Ryle, Kyle & Annie; mother: Lorraine Thom; step mother: Florence Boucher; brothers: Matthew Castor, Bernard Castor, Irvin Boucher, Jackie Boucher, Richard Lameman, Dion Castor, Les Castor, Richard Castor, Donald Castor, Dario Castor & Rodney Castor; sisters: Joanne Lameman, Tanis Boucher, Mabel Castor, Diane Castor, Darleen Castor, Connie Castor & Joyce Castor; aunts: Mary Castor, Linda Castor, Gloria Thom, Delores Cardinal & Denise Boucher; uncles: Ernie Thom, Clarence Thom, Ernest Thom; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.

Wayne was predeceased by his soulmate: Darleen Cardinal; father: Rene “Chip” Boucher; foster parents: Christof & Caroline Castor; sister: Peggy Boucher; brother: Gary Leeder; Grandparents: Clara & Victor Boucher, Mabel & Charlie Thom; as well as others that left too soon.

Pallbearers: Michael Lameman, Jon Boucher. Devon Boucher, Bernard Castor, Matthew Castor & Dale Ladouceur.

Honorary Pallbearers: All of his coffee house buddies.

Public viewing: Friday, May 14, 2021 from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm & Saturday, May 15, 2021 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm.
** All COVID-19 Regulation must be followed – No more than 10 people will be in the chapel at one time **

Final resting place: Beaver Lake Community Cemetery in Beaver Lake, AB.
