Andre Leo Germain of Lac La Biche, AB (formerly of Wandering River) passed away on March 24, 2015 after a brief illness at the age of 83 years.  He was born in La Sarre, Quebec on November 4, 1931, the third of twelve children born to Arthur and Marie-Louise Germain.

Andre is survived by his children Jules (Sharon) of Edmonton, Aurele (Lillis) of Wandering River, Norman (Khrystyna) of Houston, Texas, Collin (Denise) of Red Deer, brothers Paul-Emile (Laurette), Joseph, Real (Georgette), sisters Theresa, Pauline, Rita, Marie (Philip), Madeline (Stan), Magella (Ron), sister in law Dianne, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.

Andre is predeceased by his father and mother, Arthur and Marie-Louise Germain, wife Isabelle, daughter Juliette, brother Benoit, sister Rose-Aimee, brothers-in-law George, Emile.

There was a public viewing on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 from 7 - 9 PM at the Breynat Community Hall, Breynat, AB.

Mass of Christian Burial was held on Wednesday, April 1, 2015 at 11 AM, at the Breynat Community Hall, Breynat, AB with Father Casmir Muobike officiating.  Interment followed at the St. Theresa Catholic Cemetery, Breynat, AB.

Pallbearers were Devon Germain, Gregory Germain, Josselin Germain, Victor Germain, Bryton Jeffrey, Joel Jeffrey.
