Trefanenko Paul on Friday, July 22, 2016 of Wandering River, Alberta passed away suddenly at the age of 59 years. Paul is survived by his loving siblings John (Lucille) Trefanenko, Lil Yakimishyn, Kay (Arnold) Willekes, Charlie (Sharon) Trefanenko, Bill (Rosemary) Trefanenko, George (Norma) Trefanenko, Steve (Jen) Trefanenko, sister-in-law Carol Trefanenko, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Paul was predeceased by his parents Peter and Helen Trefanenko, brothers Tom Trefanenko and Nick Trefanenko, infant sisters Doris & Irene Trefanenko, sister Mary Kaufman, sister-in-law Vicky Trefanenko, brothers-in-law Andy Kaufman and John Yakimishyn.

Funeral services were held on Monday, August 1, 2016 at 10:30 a.m. at the Wandering River Hall in Breynat, Alberta with Father Michael Domaradz officiating. Interment followed in the Wandering River Cemetery.

Honourary Pallbearers were Brian Trefanenko, Trevor Trefanenko, Howard Yakimishyn.

Pallbearers were Curtis Kaufman, Kenny Kaufman, Kevin Kaufman, Glen Trefanenko, Jason Trefanenko, Nathan Trefanenko, Nicholas Trefanenko, Rod Trefanenko.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to the charity of one’s choice would be appreciated.
