On Wednesday, March 30, 2016 Aldege (Papa Dege) Anctil of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 73 years. Aldege is survived by his wife Lorraine Umble, son Dany (Jennifer Ahern) Anctil, stepsons Samuel (Sheena) Umble, Luke (Krista) Umble, Matthew (Carla) Umble, grandchildren  Miranda Anctil, Felix Anctil, Casey Umble, Cindy Umble, Rebecca Umble, Jacob Umble, Jesse Umble, Marley Umble, Nicholas Umble, siblings Roger, Alderic, Therese, Mariette, Jeanne-Mance, Janet, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Aldege is predeceased by parents Blanche and Leonides Anctil, son Danny Anctil.

Funeral Services were held on Friday, April 8, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Emmanuel Chiwele officiating.

Cremation has taken place.
