On Wednesday, August 3, 2016 Ellis Henderson of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 85 years. Ellis is survived by his loving wife of 49 years Darleen Henderson, children Stephen Henderson, Beverly (Ken Raasch) Henderson, Larry (Heather) Henderson, Joey (Tori Mills) Henderson, grandchildren Kenny, Chrissy (Chad), Shannon (Mitch), Katlin, Austin (Nina), Matthew, Hillary, Kolton, Cale, Brady, Hudson, Cole (Shayla), Mason, Josh, Gabe, Jade, 6 great grandchildren, sisters Evelyn (Howard) Gable, Doris Belore, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Ellis is predeceased by parents Ethyl and Charles Henderson, brother Ronald Henderson, sisters Edna McConnell, Elenor Gable, brother in law Irvin Gable, nephew George Gable.

Funeral Services were held on Monday, August 8, 2016 at 2:00 PM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Charles Fish officiating.

Honourary Pallbearers were Clarajean Belore, Greg Belore, Charlie Gable, Danny Gable, Dennis Gable, Russel Gable.

Cremation has taken place.
