On Monday, July 13, 2015 Joe Phillips of Lac La Biche, AB passed away at the age of 91 years. Joe is survived by his loving wife of 62 years Freda Phillips of Lac La Biche, children Percy (Beverly) Phillips of Portage la Prairie, Man, Dave (June) Phillips of Lac La Biche, John (Tammy) Phillips of Bonnyville, Gerry (Terri) Phillips of Vernon, Wanda (Harry) Unger of Taber, Marvin Phillips of Lac La Biche, Lois Phillips of Lac La Biche, grandchildren Kendall ( James) Kuhl, Ian (Paige) Phillips, Karen (Keith) White, Anna (Kelly) Havanka, Adam (Ashley) Phillips, Rachel (Nathan) Bennett, Josh (Laura) Phillips, Jared Phillips, Amanda (Ryan) Klassen, Laura (Dave) Teichroeb, Hannah (Nathan) Penner, Tim Unger, Steve Unger, Bethany (Luke) Fontaine, Great Grandchildren: Sam, Eddie, Gavin, Maya, Braelyn, Coralai, Isaac, Liam, Grace, Arya, Emma, sister Pauline (David) Krause of Medicine Hat. Joe is predeceased by his parents Joseph & Laura Phillips.

Funeral Services were held on Saturday, July 18, 2015 at 2:00 PM at Evangelical Free Church in Lac La Biche with Pastor Charles Fish officiating and interment followed in the Evangelical Free Church Cemetery Lac La Biche, AB

Pallbearers were Glenn Anderson, Dexter Dakin, Henry Hau, Tim Mclintic, Rob Stronach, Harvey Yoder.
